Busan Tower Experience
Standing 120m tall, Busan Tower may be dwarfed by N Seoul Tower (236m) and Daegu’s E-World 83 Tower (202m), but the attraction packs one of the best experiences that any visitor could have in Busan. Aside from the 360-degree view from the observatory, you’ll get to enjoy the immersive Window Mapping Show at night and the interactive media displays on the first few floors.

What to Expect in Busan Tower
Busan Tower was built in 1973 and is located in the middle of 16 popular attractions. From the 5th floor observatory, you’ll be able to spot Jagalchi Market, Gamcheon Culture Village, Yeongdodaegyo Bridge, and Haeundae, among so many cultural spots.

But before heading up, make sure to spend time on Busan Tower’s first two floors. Here you will find the Projection Room that displays interactive media art, as well as the Trick Art Room, which features a 2D exhibit that’ll amp up your Instagram feed. You can also visit the Tag Live Wall, which shows a bit of Busan Tower’s history in a very exciting way.

Now, let’s move up the Busan Tower Observatory! If you plan to visit during the day, then I’m sure you’ll fall in love with the view of the city and the surrounding waters. (Some travelers say the view here is better than N Seoul’s!)

Of course, should you decide to visit in the evening (which I personally recommend), you’ll marvel at the city skyline that looks romantic and magnificent. I really liked the Window Mapping Show, which is an immersive augmented reality display that features the surrounds in a very colorful way. Here’s a teaser so you can have an idea:
Finally, you can make the most of your time in Busan Tower by visiting the adjoining Octagonal Pavilion. Here you will find the Korean coffee chain A Twosome Place, VIPS Burger, and a snack bar.
