In July 2018, the Embassy of Korea in the Philippines stopped accepting tourist visa applications from walk-in’s.
Korean visa applicants are advised to submit their requirements to any of their 35 designated travel agencies, unless they are a family member of a Korean, a government employee who will go on an official trip, or a holder of a Visa Issuance Confirmation Number.
A few accredited travel agencies in Metro Manila include City Travel & Tours, Ark Travel Express, Pan Pacific, Rakso Air, and Sharp Travel Service. They have offices in Makati, Manila, and Quezon City, among others.
You will also find a couple of accredited travel agencies that assist Korean visa applicants in Laguna, Bulacan, Pampanga, and Iloilo.
If applying from Cebu, you may contact Uni-Orient Travel or Grand Hope Travel and Tours. (You may also still do a walk-in application at the local Consulate, if you prefer.)
