Nationals of Portugal who own a Diplomatic or Official passport can stay in South Korea for up to 60 days.

Romania

Diplomatic officials of Romania can enter South Korea with no visa until their term of office is over.

Russia

Russians who have a Diplomatic or Official passport can stay in South Korea with no visa for up to 90 days.

Singapore

Nationals of Singapore who have a Diplomatic or Official passport can stay in South Korea for up to 90 days.

Slovakia

Nationals of the United Kingdom who have a Diplomatic or Official passport can stay in South Korea for up to 90 days.

Ukraine

Ukranians who have a Diplomatic or Official passport can enter Korea visa-free until their term of office is over. They are allowed a visa-free stay of up to 90 days.

Uzbekistan

Nationals of Uzbekistan who have a Diplomatic passport can stay in South Korea with no need for a visa for up to 60 days.

Uruguay

Nationals of Uruguay who have a Diplomatic or Official passport can enter South Korea without a visa until their term of office is over.

Vanuatu

Nationals of Vanuatu who have a Diplomatic or Official passport can enter South Korea visa-free and stay for up to 90 days.

Venezuela

Nationals of Venezuela who have a Diplomatic or Official passport can enter South Korea with no visa until their term of office is over. They are given a visa-free stay of up to 30 days.

Vietnam

Diplomatic officials of Vietnam may enter South Korea without a visa until their term of office is over. They are allowed a visa-free stay of up to 90 days.

While certain nationalities are granted visa-free entry to South Korea, they may still be denied entry upon arrival if found inadmissible by the immigration officer. Moreover, the information provided in this article was taken from the July 2019 list of Korea Tourism Organization and Hi Korea’s February 2018 List of Countries that are Under a Visa Waiver Agreement with ROK.
