Jeju Island in 2 Days: Itinerary Tips & Guide

Touring Jeju Island for 2 Full Days

The idea of traveling to Jeju is quite exciting, but planning for an itinerary can get quite challenging. Especially if you only have a couple of days to spend, say, 3 days and 2 nights, pinning down where to go and what to do will entail a lot of thinking. You can start your planning by checking a map of the island and knowing which attractions are close to one another. This will help you see as many attractions and cover as much area, without spending a lot of time on the road.

Here’s how I planned my Jeju Island itinerary for 2 days:

Jeju Island Itinerary Day 1

Mix of the island’s most popular nature parks, cafes, and theme parks.

1. Camellia Hill

The first attraction on my Jeju 2-day itinerary is Camellia Hill. This is one of the representative sites of the island, and it features camellias, hydrangeas, and other beautiful flowers. There are many Instagrammable corners here that come with messages of good vibes, so this is definitely a great place to start your trip (and take a lot of photos)!

  • Ideal time to spend: 1-1.5 hours
  • Ticket price: ₩6,500 on WAUG (vs. regular price of ₩8,000)
  • Address: 166, Byeongak-ro, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do
  • Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm, varies per season

2. Innisfree Jeju House & Osulloc Tea Museum

The next thing on my Jeju Island itinerary for 2 days is lunch, so I thought we’d visit Innisfree Jeju House for a light but satisfying fill. Aside from being a shop/museum, Innisfree Jeju House has one of the most beautiful cafes in South Korea, so visiting here is worthwhile. You can either get their brunch basket or picnic basket, which comes with drinks and light food. Weather-permitting, you can have a picnic outside and marvel at the beautiful garden that surrounds the attraction.

After having your lunch, head on over to Osulloc Tea Museum and try their signature Green Tea Ice Cream. You can book a cup here or a coffee+cake+ice cream set here.

  • Ideal time to spend: 2 hours
  • Price range: ₩16,000-36,000 for the basket options
  • Address: 23, Shinhwayeoksa-ro, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do
  • Hours: 9am-6pm

3. Jeju Glass Castle

After lunch, you can head on over to Jeju Glass Castle, a theme park and museum that features magnificent glass art! Here you can spot the glass Guardians, magic lake, and the world’s first glass labyrinth. This is a great place to visit whether you’re traveling alone, with a date, or as a group!

  • Ideal time to spend: 1 hour
  • Ticket price: ₩8,800 on WAUG (vs. regular price of ₩11,000)
  • Address: 462, Nokchabunjae-ro, Hangyeong-myeon, Jeju-si, Jeju
  • Hours: 9am-7pm

4. Shinhwa World Theme Park

In the middle of the afternoon, head on over to Shinhwa World’s Theme Park for some island fun and adventure! Shinhwa Theme Park features characters from the show Larva and the only rollercoaster in the island. Aside from exciting rides, the attraction also has a 4D theater and dining outlets where you can have your dinner.

  • Ideal time to spend: 2-3 hours
  • Ticket price: ₩20,000 on WAUG (vs. regular price of ₩39,000)
  • Address: 38, Sinhwayeoksa-ro 304beon-gil, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do
  • Hours: 12-8pm

5. Shinhwa World Water Park

After having a blast at the theme park, the next and final item on my Jeju Island 2-day itinerary is Jeju Shinhwa Water Park. Here, you can try their giant slides or splash in the wave pools. However, if you’d like to relax, you can also head on over to their indoor pool area with awesome massage jets and a premium jjimjilbang!

  • Ideal time to spend: 2-2.5 hours
  • Price range: ₩18,000-29,000 on WAUG (vs. regular price range of ₩19,000-45,000), varies per season
  • Address: 38, Sinhwayeoksa-ro 304beon-gil, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do
  • Hours: 12-8pm

Day 2: Eastern Part of Jeju

A day of sightseeing and local immersion.

1. Jeju Rail Park

I wanted the second day of my Jeju itinerary to be filled with sightseeing and activities, so I started it off by visiting Jeju Rail Park. Since we haven’t tried rail biking yet, this was a very nice experience for us. I like that the attraction let us see Seongsan Ilchulbong, Yongnuni Oreum, and Darangshi Oreum, which are three of the island’s best natural attractions! Before you leave, you may want to drop by their cafe for some food and drinks.

  • Ideal time to spend: 2 hours
  • Ticket price: ₩9,800 (vs. regular price range of ₩15,000)
  • Address: 641, Yongnunioreum-ro, Gujwa-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, Republic of Korea
  • Hours: 9:30am-5pm

2. Jeju Farm

Mandarin oranges are the representative fruit of Jeju, and you’ll find a lot of places in the island where they’re sold. However, for a fun activity, you can also try picking them yourself!

  • Ideal time to spend: 1 hour
  • Ticket price: ₩9,800 (vs. regular price range of ₩15,000)
  • Address: Seoseong-il-ro, Seongsan-eup, Seogwipo-si 901
  • Hours: 9am-7pm

3. Horse-riding in Jeju

For some more physical activity, why don’t you spend your afternoon getting to the hilly part of Jeju on a horse? Jeju horses are actually considered a special breed — so special that they were once considered as gifts for kings. This is definitely a great way to experience the island and have fun with your group!

  • Ideal time to spend: 1-1.5 hours
  • Ticket price: ₩15,000 (vs. regular price range of ₩25,000)
  • Address: 397, Seoseongil-ro, Seongsan-eup, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do
  • Hours: 9am-5pm

4. Eco Land

Finally, for the full nature experience, be sure to head on over to Eco Land for your second day in Jeju! This is a nature-filled attraction that delights with their cafes on the lake, Don Quijote-inspired windmill, European-themed gardens, and their hop-on, hop-off train tour that’ll take you around the attraction. This is one of the crowd-favorite spots in Jeju, so don’t miss the chance to visit. Oh, they also have various dining outlets, which is great if you want to have a dinner at a restaurant with a view!

  • Ideal time to spend: 2-3 hours
  • Ticket price: ₩12,200 (vs. regular price range of ₩15,000)
  • Address: 1278-169, Beonyeong-ro, Jocheon-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, Republic of Korea
  • Hours: 9am-9pm, varies per season
